isard — proprietary software license

The isard software — the `isard` command-line program, the `isard` Python package, and
everything distributed with them (the "Software") — is the property of Optersoft, S.L.
and is licensed, not sold.

1. Grant. Optersoft, S.L. grants you a free of charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   revocable license to download, install and use the Software, in the form in which
   Optersoft, S.L. publishes it (https://isard.optersoft.com and the `isard` project on
   PyPI), for any lawful purpose.

2. Restrictions. Except as this license expressly allows or applicable law permits
   notwithstanding this limitation, you may not:
   a. copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software, or publish it
      on any other site or package index;
   b. modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software;
   c. decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software;
   d. remove or alter any copyright notice or this license.

3. Ownership. Optersoft, S.L. keeps all rights, title and interest in the Software,
   including its source code, which is not published. No right is granted except as
   stated in section 1. The names "isard" and "Optersoft" are not licensed to you.
   IsardVDI is a project of its own authors; this Software is not affiliated with it,
   nor with the Generalitat de Catalunya.

4. Termination. This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you
   must stop using the Software and delete every copy of it.

5. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
   FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
   OPTERSOFT, S.L. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN
   ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
   SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Law. This license is governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona have
   jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives a consumer another forum.
